Refund policy
Before making a purchase, please be aware that we offer store credit only for returns, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, you can contact us at sassygirlcustomers@gmail.com, Facebook messenger, or call the store at (318)787-6358. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not offer free returns or provide you with a return shipping label. It is your responsibility to mail the items back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
We are more than happy to make an exchange for another size or color in the same item. Please contact us via sassygirlcustomers@gmail.com, Facebook messenger, or call the store at (318)787-6358 so that we can check our inventory to see if the item is still available. If available, we will pull it for you AFTER we receive shipping confirmation on the original item from you. If your item is unavailable, you will be issued a store credit.
Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be issued a store credit that can be used any time in-store or online. There is no expiration date on your store credit unless specifically stated.
